The Bengali School will be held on second Sunday of every month, except for long weekends or other exigencies. In case of long weekends or exigencies, the Bengali School will be held on a preceding or following Sunday, as per convenience, which will be separately notified by Chairperson of Bengali School Committee. The Bengali School hours will be from 12 noon to 3:30 p.m., as per the following schedule:

Sandwiches will be provided for Lunch by Ankur. Any parent is welcome to bring any additional food item for all the children.
Drawing Special Instruction : All children taking drawing classes should bring: A Drawing Book (11 x 17 inches), one box of at least 24 color pencils, one 2B pencil, one 4B pencil, a soft eraser and one sharpener.
The Bollywood Dance classes Special Instruction : Will run parallel with the drawing class for children
Bengali Language and Poetry
An open slot is being kept for instructions in Chess, Carnatic Music and Bharat Natyam, depending on the availability of students.
An Attendance Register will be maintained for each of the classes. Parents are requested to ensure that they sign in on behalf of their children when they attend the classes. This will enable Ankur to issue appropriate Certificates at the end of the year.
In order to ensure that the classes are held and there is no wastage of food, the parents are requested to inform the Chairperson of Bengali School Committee about the availability of their children at least four days before the school date of every month, by e mail.
